BALIK KAMPUNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

time orang lain tengoh dok khusyuk dengo briefing lam bilik training..aku lak berhempas pulas membeli tiket nak balik 'kampung'. Kejap kejap kuar kelas, kejap kejap mintak excuse..ahahhaha..tu semua konon2nye Bos busy dok panggil2 ade keje kene settle padahal aku dok betarung kat website MAS nak dapatkan tiket balik kampung bulan ni....keputusannye --->>> SUCCESS.  hahahha...

Dengan bajet sedih pilunye aku men'swipe'kan kedit kad aku di alam maya itu T^T...bertabahlah aku..bior menyesal beli jangan menyesal tak beli...akakakka...boleh tak jadi 'motto' gituew..hehe..so officially i'm going back to kampung THIS MONTH.

But what really sucks happen semalam is about website MAS tu...giler hampeh sungguh semalam. Mmg la smlm dia start wat promo tuh..tapi nape time tu lak nak web crash le hape la rolemnye..dah tau nak wat promo makesure la website tu bleh berfunction dgn betuinye...sib baik la aku guna MHMobile which is 'not really that sucks' bebanding website itself.  Manage to get the promo tix and also success in making payment..but the last step tu mmg la make me so damn piss off. Bleh plak kuar statement 'ticket cannot be issue...bla~bla~bla~..payment has to be made to complete your booking~~~~~~~..walaweiiiiii!!!! aku dah wat payment weii siap dah call bank lagi tuk confirm payment release.

Lagi memilukan hati bile call dr pagi kul 9 pagi smpi ke 5 petang tak dpt2..everytime que no kena tunggu lagi 15 minit tu reach  tuh..WTH~~~~~~ingat aku bayo duit bil tepon guna air sungai kelang ke??

fine! cuba lagi dan lagi dan lagi..smpi kan tak tentu hala kat lam training tuh..ish ish..ni la bahananye kalo nak beli tiket online ni..macam2 hal.  since call x dpt even dah guna service 'call back' which i do not know tahun dinasor ke brape dorang akan call balik, then i go to other channel..which is twitter.  Okeh! fine, dorang reply by saying sent email to bla..bla..bla...i did sent the email and you know what ..no answer at all..until today..

since no channel is working for me so i'm surrender by thinking the ticket is still mine until 7.20am next morning (this part ok sbb dorang holdkan ticket tu). Ok la dgn jiwa kacau aku abiskan training semalam.  Then malam tu balik je, i dial the hotline number giler lama..like what 30 minit using my mobile phone (nntikan la kemunculan bill telepon anda bulan depan ye!!) then when they pickup the problem settle like less than 1 minute??? what the hell i'm wasting my whole day to settle 'their' problem~~~~~~~~~ damn piss off..since i'm already receiving my ticket..than fine~.

Cumanye moral of the story bile nak beli benda2 macam ni..be prepared mentally and physically..so that kita tak jadi org gile dok carut sorang2 depan phone and be prepared with all possibilities   Please la wei upgrade the system, make some effort boleh tak? this is not a new problem anyway~~~ macam mane nak maju kalo x de perubahan..huuuuuu~~~~~~sekian luahan perasaan.

Klau servis mcm tu mmg tension dan bleh stress ek anyway alhsmdulillah dpt gak tiket eh. Jeles tau dpt blk ' kg' hhihi. plan nk pegi lg tp mampu beli tikt AA time sales je huhuhu
